Our products are handmade in a commercial kitchen in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.

 

How long do your products last?

Our products are best if used within one year from date of purchase.

 

How should I store my products?

We recommend storing your products away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight.

 

Are your products tested on animals?

No, and we use ingredients sourced from companies that do not perform animal testing.

 

Are your products vegan?

Yes, our ingredients are plant-based.

 

Are your products nut-free? 

Yes, although our products are not made in a dedicated nut-free kitchen.   

 

Are your products soy-free?

Our products contain 1% or less non-GMO (genetically-modified) soy-based Vitamin E to help preserve freshness. If you have a soy allergy or sensitivity, it is best to consult with your doctor before purchasing or using these products.

                                

Are your products certified organic?

No, but our products contain ingredients that are USDA certified organic.

  

Some of your ingredients are 'wildcrafted'. What does that mean?

Wildcrafted ingredients come from plants that are harvested from their natural habitat. Wildcrafted sourcing is a sustainable practice that does not endanger the plants and their ecosystem.

 

My product is melted/really hard. Can I still use it?

Absolutely! Our products are in their natural state with no added preservatives. If your product arrives melted, let it sit at room temperature or put it in the refrigerator for an hour or so. If it's too hard, let it stand at room temperature before use.
